Pueblo Spanish Revival style home originally built in 1924. A restoration in 2004-2005 brought out the full potential of the property. Until recently it was used as a house of worship;a grand living room with coved ceiling served as the sanctuary. Other interesting architectural details include an arched entryway and enclosed courtyard.
Santa Fe Architectural completed in 2006 by the Partridge Group, a design team specializing in the re-imagination of underserved properties. Not much remains of the original house which sat on this property as late as 2003: a small (888 sq. ft.) house built in 1953 in much need of ‘updating’. The Partridge Group (Patricia Klous, Roman Silberfeld & John Romero) has transformed the home into a sophisticated gem meticulously designed with attention to details: Master Suite with fireplace and wrap around private terrace, two additional bedroom suites, and custom cook’s kitchen.
The property is currently (February 2006) listed for sale for $1, 375,000.
