Classic Spanish Revival home located in the Primrose Hill neighborhood of Silver Lake. Set back from the street on a gentle downslope, the home was built for the Farm Land and Development Company at a cost of $8600, a princely sum during the economic depression of the early 30’s.

Arthur Munson (1886-1969) designed the William J. Hubbard Residence (with partner Allen Kelly Ruoff) in 1923 (a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument) as well as the F.L. Austin House in South Pasadena, the Raymond C. Brooks House in Claremont, the Long Beach Theatre Project, and the E.T. Williams House in Los Angeles.
